CORPORATE ACCOUNTING

The objective of this course is to understand the conceptual framework of corporate accounting and to make students aware about the corporate entities and their working in the accounting scenario. The students will learn about many different aspects of corporate accounting such as issue of shares, debentures, buy back of shares, right shares valuation of shares and many important aspects.
