Overview

This Course deals with the Practical aspects of Library and Information Science. It introduces you with both theoretical and practical aspects of Library classification, for this purpose DDC-19th edition is discussed in detail. Cataloguing with AACR-2R and MARC-21 is also covered in this course. The course also provides practical training on different indexing processes.After completing this course you will be able to do classification, cataloguing and indexing of documents.Credit-04
