Learn the facts and misconceptions about what makes a person truly happy. Find out what your "Happiness Baseline" is and how to raise your level. Develop the skills to lead a happier life.
This lesson is based partially on the 75-year long Harvard Grant Study and one of Yale University's most popular classes which happen to be on the science of happiness. You will learn about the ten areas of thought and action that not only greatly influence a person's perceived level of happiness but also which you have control over changing. Forty percent of your happiness depends on learning and implementing this skillset. Start sooner than later.
