Overview
This class is for people struggling with social anxiety. My focus will be on different methods to feel at home within themselves in order to exude a cool and collected vibe. Students will be learning how to cultivate positivity and steadfastness. They will also learn how to soothe their minds with meditation. At the end students will create a list of 5 traits that are unique about themselves that they hide from others and use that to start building confidence. This class is intended for anyone with anxiety, general awkwardness or low self esteem.
