Salesforce New User Training - Part 1 - Getting Started

This course is intended for the new user of Salesforce. In this course, we will walk through the process of getting signed up for your own free Salesforce account. We will then tour the user interface, to become familiar with navigating the platform and performing common functions. We will round things out by personalizing our Salesforce instance.

This course is the first in a series of Salesforce New User Training courses that I have created to get you up to speed, using Salesforce in no time. In addition to this getting started course, the other modules of this series cover using Salesforce for Marketing, Sales, Service, Analytics, and the Salesforce1 mobile app.
