Learn Code by Creating Art: Developing CSS Skills in CodePen
Offered By: Skillshare
Course Description
Overview
In this class we will enhance your CSS knowledge in a fun and creative way. You will learn intermediate and advanced CSS while creating an art project you will be excited to share with others.
My CSS image collection on CodePen is what helped me get a job as a developer. As we create art, some of the things we will go over are how to get started with Sass, pseudo elements, clip-path, box shadow, transforms and transitions, animations and more.
This class is for students looking for a fun way to learn intermediate to advanced CSS.
Students should know basic HTML and CSS.
We will be using a free resource called CodePen for our project.
You can get the starter code, finished code for each video and needed SVG for our project in the class collection: https://codepen.io/collection/DEWYxZ/
