Offered By: Skillshare
Course Description
Overview
Have you ever wanted to write and publish your own book? Do you write poetry but have no idea how to get it in book format? Have a zine you want to get out to your audience? Do you illustrate graphic novels but want to put the power of publishing in your own hands? If any of these scenarios spark your interest, then this is the class for you!
In this class you will explore how to self publish your book, zine, or photo book using lulu.com. Lulu.com is awesome because it has a wide array of options for print publishing as well as output and marketing at affordable prices. We will be using inDesign cc18 for the layout of this project but a MS Word alternative will be shown as well. We will also hop into Photoshop to design our covers for your book project. You will design and layout your entire book from start to finish in just a few simple steps. Put the power of publishing in your own hands...as well as your new book!
