Course Description
Overview
This course will take first-time web designers on a tour of Adobe Dreamweaver CC (2018 Release) while learning some of the essential tools needed to build your first website. Students will learn the ins and outs of the program, HTML basics, styling using CSS, how to create and use templates, publishing your completed files to the web, and more.
While this class assumes a certain level of computer savvy, it is designed for beginners with a desire to take their first steps into designing websites.
To follow along with this course, you should have access to the latest version of Adobe Dreamweaver CC. Though not required for the completion of this course, it would be helpful to have access to a web server so you can engage the course more fully by learning how to upload your work.
Starter files will be available for download to help students follow along with the instructor as they begin to create their own site.
