Drawing people portraits is a lot of fun, and adding cool hair, fashion props, and flowers can create a lovely lush look in your character illustrations.
If you want to feel more comfortable drawing stylized people portraits and make your process of drawing portraits with lots of colorful details easier, this class is for you!
In this class, we will go on the journey of designing stylized portrait illustrations with lots of botanical details, fun hairstyles, and fashion props while using simple shapes, bright colors, and symmetry.
You will gain a solid starting point when designing your own character portrait illustrations.
You will learn:
- How to use the symmetry tool in Procreate
- How to balance portrait proportions with the right placement of the face features
- How to add visual interest with cool hairstyles and accessories
- How to put it all together in a lush composition
I will be using Procreate, but feel free to use any other drawing software or medium you prefer.
In addition, you will also get cool color palette ideas for your characters as a freebie.
