Drawing and Coloring a Comic Style Portrait from a Photo
Offered By: Skillshare
Course Description
Overview
In this class you will learn how I draw and color a comic style portrait from photo reference. This can be an invaluable technique to help you in those tough areas of your work. The benefit of using this method is that you will get the work done and improve your skillset at the same time.
You will learn how to take cues from the reference but transform it into your own stylized comic art. I will walk you through the initial rough sketch all the way to the finished colors.
Follow along and let me know If you have any questions during this class. ( Art files are attached to the class project. )
Sincerely,
Robert A. Marzullo
