Course Description
Overview
It's a fact. We all hate online ads!
They usually pop up in the most unexpected moments, and most of the time, they're boring and super annoying.
Well, I've got some good and bad news for you. The bad news is that there's no way out; they're part of the business model of most digital platforms out there. The good news is that it's literally within your hands to make them better. Together we can MAKE ONLINE ADS GREAT AGAIN!
Maybe you're an advertising student, or perhaps you have your own business and want to create better ads for it, or perhaps you're just sick of seeing terrible ads on your screens. If you're any of these, this course is for you.
Here you'll learn:
- The basics of creative copywriting;
How to write digital ads and how they're different from ads for traditional media; - Learn how to make your ads stand out on the top 6 digital ad platforms: Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, Google.
- Understand how these ad platforms work and what performs best on each of them;
- Create and write your first digital campaign!
Stuff you need to know to get the best out of this course:
- Be familiar with Google Docs or Microsoft Word;
- Be familiar with Google Slides (here's a tutorial) to develop your class project, creating your first digital campaign;
- Be familiar with hitting the wall sometimes. Good ideas don't come easy, and good copywriting takes time and crafting. ;)
