Creating digital chalk lettering with Procreate on the Ipad Pro
Offered By: Skillshare
Course Description
Overview
In this class you are going to learn how to create realistic looking chalk lettering in procreate using chalk brushes purchased from Lynn Haven Design (about 10$). For this class you will need an iPad Pro, the Apple Pencil, the Procreate App and the before mentioned brushes. I will walk you through purchasing the brushes on Etsy, uploading them to your iPad Pro as well as show you how to adjust some existing brushes for creating your own chalk lettering art.
You will learn how to faux-letter and then partially fill your lettering with a blended chalk technique. We will also cover creating shadow lines to give the lettering more depth, as well as adding banners and other design elements (flourishes) to our piece.
