Course Description

Overview

This class will teach you how to create a next-level SquareSpace website with graphic design tools and CSS code (provided). If you have a pre-existing SquareSpace website on a Brine family template, this tutorial will help you take your SquareSpace website to the next level. If you are just starting out, I'll show you how to get to the best SquareSpace template (not easy to find!) and how to make changes that will give you the biggest custom impact.

Please note this tutorial is for 7.0, not SquareSpace 7.1. SquareSpace will continue to maintain 7.0, which is more flexible than 7.1 - so it's totally OK to start a new site in version 7.0! If you would like to build a 7.1 website and take advantage of pre-built layouts, I have a course for that here.

Included in this course:

  • creating special backgrounds
  • adding custom fonts
  • graphic design tips and ideas to make your website pop
