Overview
Agile ways of working are becoming more and more commonplace in our organisations.
In this course you will learn the history of Agile ways of working, its values, principles and how to get started in adopting an Agile mindset.
Your project will involve creating a workbook where you will document your own copy of the Agile Manifesto - complete with your extra notes, musings and insights. It will be a valuable companion when deciding how you might start being more agile at work, and perhaps, choosing an Agile framework to try out.
This class is perfect for those of you who are just getting started with Agile, those of you who have heard the term and just want to know more, and those who might have have tried out a framework, and are having trouble making those first steps into making changes at work.
