Screenwriting I

Prerequisites: ENG 070 and ENG 098 or qualifying score on SBCC placement exam. Study of elements of dramatic writing for the cinema: the three-act structure, character delineation and motivation, conflict development and pacing, dialog and subtext, and unifying the message.
