Dynamic Earth - Physical Geology Laboratory

Corequisites: ERTH 111 (prior to or concurrently) or ERTH 111H (concurrently).Laboratory approach to earth materials and processes, including rock and mineral identification and interpretation, plate tectonic rock cycle, topographic map and aerial photo interpretation, structural geology (folds and faults), geologic cross sections and geologic maps. Activities include four field trips to local areas of geologic interest.
