Course Description

Overview

The way in which new products are developed is becoming increasingly complex. The rapidly evolving digital landscape means that relevant information is constantly changing, which means that the research and development process must remain dynamic. Furthermore, customer demands have an increasingly important part to play in research and development.

This course will show you how to enrich your research and development processes with dynamic, intelligent and collaborative tools to bring your product’s digital twin to life. We’ll show the whole process from the design stage all the way through to handover to production and operations. You’ll be enabled to identify cost drivers at an early stage and simulate costs and compare alternatives. We’ll also show you how you can use SAP’s Product Lifecycle Management solutions in the area of Research and Development, focusing on Discrete Industries, to align collaboration throughout your organization, as well as with suppliers, customers, and other external stakeholders.
