Course Description
Overview
This course introduces the design thinking methodology and helps participants practice in-demand skills such as problem-solving, critical thinking, and creativity. The first section focuses on unpacking and framing problems using techniques such as Persona and Customer Journey Map.
The second section focuses on ideation, prototyping, and testing to create user-centric solutions.
