First, you’ll be shown the importance of professional testers in a team and organization and the variety of ways in which organizations may approach testing. Next, you’ll explore many specific testing practices and approaches such as scenario-based testing, test-data partitioning, and test automation. Then, you'll see approaches to help integrate testers and testing practices into teams using an agile methodology. Finally, you’ll learn options to further a career in testing. When you’re finished with this course, you’ll have a good understanding of the profession of software testing and an awareness of avenues to pursue to learn more!
