This course will teach you the foundational skills in server troubleshooting and allow you to make informed decisions on the correct methodology, configuration, and maintenance of the servers in your enterprise.

The ability to quickly make decisions around configuration and maintenance in a enterprise network is a pivotal skill to have. In this course, Server Management: Troubleshooting, you’ll learn to implement a suitable troubleshooting methodology in support of the servers on your network. First, you’ll explore the concept of troubleshooting servers. Next, you’ll discover how to troubleshoot common hardware, software, networking, and storage issues. Finally, you’ll learn how to identify and troubleshoot common security issues.
