configure and manage your distributed servers using the Salt Project
configuration management stack

In this course, Salt Fundamentals, you’ll learn to manage real-world deployments using Salt. First, you’ll explore the Salt ecosystem, including Salt masters, minions, proxy minions, grains, and nodes. Next, you’ll discover how quickly you can install and configure a basic Salt environment. Finally, you’ll learn how to handle many of the finer details of a Salt deployment, including Salt states, salt-ssh, and Salt pillars.
