Updated to align with the 6th Edition of the PMBOK® Guide, this course builds on the concepts introduced in PMP Project Schedule Management, the preceding course in this series, using the skills prior to develop and control the project schedule.
Updated to align with the 6th Edition of the PMBOK® Guide, Developing Project Schedules is the sixth course in Pluralsight’s series preparing you for the newest version of the PMP® exam. This course continues the exploration of the Project Schedule Management knowledge area that started in the preceding course in this series, PMP Project Schedule Management. Skills discussed in that course are put to use here in developing and controlling the project schedule. First, you'll learn about the critical path methodology. Next, you'll explore Agile release planning. Finally, you'll learn about earned value management. By the end of this course, you'll know how to assemble activities and sequence data into a sophisticated schedule, empowering you to direct project work effectively.
