Project Management Professional (PMP)®: Project Initiation

Updated to align with the 6th Edition of the PMBOK® Guide, this course introduces topics like collecting project requirements, defining project scope, creating work breakdown structures, and validating and controlling project scope.

This course will review preparing for the Project Management Professional exam and Project Initiation Processes. Initiation of a project covers two distinct areas; development of the project charter and identification of stakeholders involved in the project. You will learn about both processes and have a good understanding of Project Initiation and how it relates to the PMP exam. This course covers the following PMBOK® Process Groups: Initiating. This course covers the following PMBOK® Knowledge Areas: Project Integration Management.
