In this course, Planning in Traditional Project Environments, you’ll learn how leaders harnessing predictive, waterfall methodologies approach this critical work. First, you’ll learn about some of the principles of managing project schedules, and how work may be progressively elaborated and decomposed into actionable tasks to be better understood. Next, you’ll see how the sequencing of project activities, and understanding of their duration, can have a significant impact on project planning.
