Learn how to send and receive emails, create appointments, invite others to attend meetings, keep track of people and contacts, manage your to-do lists with tasks, and more in the Outlook 2013 Desktop application and the Outlook Web App.
Part 1 of 3 in the Outlook 2007 series. The goal of this Outlook 2007 course is to teach you the necessary skills to set up a complete email system for a small business, as well as how to utilize it as an office productivity manager. You'll learn to take advantage of the Outlook calendar, task management, address book, and journaling features. Although, experience is not necessary, foundational knowledge with computers and Microsoft Office is beneficial.
