This course will teach you the skills and characteristics needed to successfully lead a remote or geographically distributed team, broken down into 5 simple concepts.

In this course, Ross Tartell, PhD, an Adjunct Associate Professor of Psychology and Education at Teachers College, Columbia University, will show you how to best lead remote employees.
