Getting Started with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Business Services

This course is for seasoned JD Edwards EnterpriseOne developers who want to learn the basics of Business Services and how they interact with native EnterpriseOne objects.

This course introduces JD Edwards EnterpriseOne developers to EnterpriseOne’s implementation of web services, called Business Services. The course begins by creating a Windows 7 virtual machine running a standalone instance of EnterpriseOne application release 9.1 Update 2 with tools release 9.1.5 which will be used for all demos. The course continues with a high level overview of Business Services, what they are, when they are useful, and when they aren’t, as well as the various components that make up a Business Services and the IDE which is used to create Business Services. The course then focuses on Internal, Consumer, and Published Business Services.
