Organizational policies are normally based on adherence to applicable laws and regulations. This course will teach you how to ensure that IT activities are executed in alignment with organizational policies.

Organizations must have a consistent approach to managing hardware and software configurations and also in ensuring data is kept safe and highly available. In this course, IT Professional Fundamentals: Operational Procedures, you’ll learn how to apply a structured framework for managing IT systems and data.
