Enterprise governance of information and technology is based on processes. This course will teach you how to define processes for both governance and management.

Defining governance and management objectives for an enterprise is a challenge in any implementation program, especially the first. In this course, Defining Objectives for IT Governance and Management, you'll explore the COBIT® 2019 implementation lifecycle and all of the major processes related to governance. First, you’ll delve into governance objectives and their purpose and goals. Next, you’ll discover monitoring, evaluation, development, planning, and acquirement practices. Finally, you’ll learn how to select appropriate processes for IT governance. When you’re finished with this course, you’ll have the skills and knowledge of IT governance needed to start an implementation program.
