Overview
Understanding Scrum requires a clear understanding of the events and their purpose. This course will introduce you to the five events and outline their purpose. It also connects the Scrum events with the pillars of empiricism.
Scrum Events are used to create regularity and minimize the need for meetings not defined in Scrum. In this course, Introducing Scrum Events, you will learn to understand the events and their purpose. First, you will discover the what and why of the Sprint. Next, you will learn the what and why of the remaining events that exist inside a Sprint. Finally, you will explore how to connect the Scrum events with the pillars of empiricism. When you’re finished with this course, you will have the skills and knowledge of Scrum events needed to understand their implementation and purpose.
