Scrum is the most widely used agile practice in the world. This course will teach you how to start, sustain, and improve your Scrum practice, making your team more effective than its ever been.
This course covers the following PMBOK® Process Groups: Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Controlling, and PMBOK® Knowledge Areas: Project Scope Management, Project Time Management, Project Quality Management, Project Human Resource Management, Project Communications Management. In this course, Scrum Fundamentals, you’ll learn to introduce, begin, sustain, and improve your Scrum practice. First, you’ll explore how Scrum has been effective for others. Next, you’ll discover the proper roles, artifacts, and events involved in Scrum. Finally, you’ll learn how to maintain a healthy Scrum practice with complimentary agile tools and techniques. When you’re finished with this course, you’ll have the skills and knowledge of a Scrum Master needed to guide a team in its transition to Scrum and to sustain that success and effectiveness over time.
