Overview
This course will teach you how to align multiple Agile teams working on a single complex product by means of organizing them in an Agile Release Train.
When multiple Agile teams are working on different elements of a product it is vital that there is alignment and cohesion between the different teams. In this course, Executing a Program Increment, you will gain the ability to organize multiple Agile teams within an Agile Release Train. First, you will learn what processes and rituals are needed to organize multiple Agile teams. Next, you will discover the roles and responsibilities present in an Agile Release Train.
