Course Description

Overview

The ACI is Cisco's approach to SDN in the data center and is based on a leaf-spine and VXLAN overlay topology. In this course, you'll gain knowledge about the Cisco ACI solution, its core features, and new concepts.

The traditional data center is not very agile and was built for a different era. In this course, Designing and Architecting the Cisco ACI, you’ll learn the new features and functions of the ACI, with the ability to design and integrate the solution. First, you’ll explore the current data center requirements, the Cisco ACI, and its core features. Next, you’ll discover the leaf and spine architecture, the VXLAN overlay, Bridge Domains, and Endpoint Groups along with their new functions. Finally, you’ll learn how to extend and integrate the Cisco ACI. When you’re finished with this course, you’ll have the skills and knowledge of the Cisco ACI needed to design and architect its new components and features.
