In Deploying Cisco Enterprise Voicemail with Unity Express and MediaSense Server, you'll learn how to configure and deploy voicemail, auto attendant, and video greetings using Cisco Unity Express and Cisco MediaSense. First, you'll see how to configure Cisco MediaSense server to work with Cisco Unity Connection to provide video voicemail greetings. Next, you’ll explore how to deploy IP SCCP phones using router-based Cisco Communications Manager Express and then how to configure Cisco Unity Express to provide voicemail services to end users. Finally, you’ll delve into creating auto attendant scripts that allow callers to locate people in your organization without talking to a receptionist, as well as troubleshooting Message Waiting Indicators (MWIs).
