Offered By: Pluralsight
Course Description
Overview
This is the third course in a series of eight courses designed to help you prepare for the ACA-Mac Integration exam. In this course, you'll take a look at three main apps that can help send email, schedule meetings, and more.
Even with advances in technology, email is considered the most common way to communicate remotely with one another, especially in a corporate environment. Calendars allow you to plan your day, and contacts allow you to keep vital information regarding clients, family, and friends. In this course, Configuring and Using Calendars, Contacts, and Email, you will learn how you can keep in touch, organize, and manage your daily life. First, you will learn how to connect to an internal and external email server. Next, you'll create and manage personal and business related activities using the Calendar app. Finally, you will delve into creating and managing personal and client information using the Contacts app. When you are finished with this course, you will have the knowledge and skills necessary to connect your Mac to a Microsoft Exchange server, and how to create and manage contacts and calendar events that can be synchronized with your Internet service provider, so that you can have access from any device.
