Determine the best way to employ the capabilities of an organization, to achieve a set of goals and objectives. The course provides real-life scenarios, prepares you for the IIBA® Certifications, and earns you PDUs and CDUs.

This course explains thoroughly the strategy analysis knowledge area and its main purpose, defining the most effective way to employ the capabilities of an organization in order to achieve a set of goals and objectives. In this course, Business Analysis: Defining Change Strategies, you will gain the ability to analyze current state, define future state, perform risk assessment, and define change strategy. First, you will learn that strategies can exist for an entire organization, for a division, department or region, and for a product, project, or just an iteration. Next, you will discover what it takes for defining change strategies to begin, how the inputs translate to outputs for each of the tasks, and when the strategy is considered established. Finally, you will explore how to understand the business analysis work that is conducted in close collaboration with stakeholders because they need to make a decision whether to address the need for change or not. When you are finished with this course, you will have the skills and knowledge of defining change strategies needed to round your business analysis know-how.
