Creating organic 3D models in AutoCAD has become an easier and more precise task thanks to NURBS. In this course, you'll use these tools to smoothly model complex shapes while keeping control to make an accurate model. Software required: AutoCAD 2016.

Creating 3D models with organic shapes, can be hard without finding the correct tools to go beyond just modeling boxes. In this course, Using NURBS for Organic 3D Modeling in AutoCAD, you will learn how to make a 3D model of a train station with its organic roof and other complex geometries. First, you will learn how to work with basic and advanced 3D modeling tools, including NURBS, to create all the building elements. Next, you will learn how to apply different editing tools on them, in order to improve and fine tune their design. Finally, you will see how to quickly create documentation and presentation drawings directly from the 3D model, with very efficient tools. When you're finished with this AutoCAD course, you'll not only have modeled a train station, but you'll also have the knowledge and skills to create and present your own projects and concepts in AutoCAD. Software required: AutoCAD 2016.
