Overcoming Barriers of Technology Adoption

Macro to Micro.... Start with understanding your personal relationship to technology and change, then into larger macro view of change management, then into specific theory based knowledge around technology adoption, ending with specific strategies and the creation of an individual road map for technology adoption in each participant’s context.  This course is designed to guide you in gaining a deeper understanding of the change management process associated with technology adoption in general and Blackboard Learning Management Systems specifically. In this six-week course participants will identify their role, embrace their vision, remove obstacles, and get support as they embark on their personal journey for successful technology adoption and integration within their organization.
