Overview
This course provides an overview of the Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 2016 with a particular focus on changes from the previous legislation that will affect the work of interpreters in custody situations.
The Course is open to any interpreters working in Scotland, or interpreters elsewhere who are interested in learning more about legislation in Scotland.
