경영학을 입문하는 학생들을 위해 경영의 전 과정에 대한 기초지식과 사례를 소개한다. 특히 계획, 조직화, 동기부여, 성과 통제에 이르는 경영의 전 과정과 이에 영향을 미치는 경영환경에 대해 이해의 폭을 넓히도록 한다.

This course aims to introduce basic knowledge of management process with busincess cases, for the students who begin to major in business administration. By completing this course, students will be able to extend their knowledge in planning, organizing, motivation, controlling, and the impact of business environment.
