Course Description
Overview
In this 1-hour long project-based course, you will create a supermarket app using OOP Features in Java. You will learn how to code using the main Java OOP Features including Encapsulation, Polymorphism, Inheritance and Abstraction. You will learn how to create a main method to test your code and finalize your application.
Note: This course works best for learners who are based in the North America region. We’re currently working on providing the same experience in other regions.

- By the end of this project, you will create a simple functioning supermarket application using Java. Throughout the project, you will be able to easily write code using the main object-oriented features of Java as well as get to know and use some of the more advanced ways to write code in Java. You will also develop your problem-solving skills; a must for every developer. We will cover Abstraction, Encapsulation, Inheritance and Polymorphism. You will get to witness first-hand how OOP features greatly affect our code and identify every feature and how and when to use it.
