During the capstone experience, RNBS students work side-by-side with faculty, nurse mentors, and other Interprofessional colleagues to address topics that are significant to nursing “ and to health care in general. Join us as we learn from two of Colby-Sawyer College™s RNBS students as they present their capstone course projects on incorporating social determinants of health into diabetes education at the time of discharge and the timing of a case management initial assessment to improve patient outcomes.

At the conclusion of the learning activity, participants will be able to discuss the unique experiences of two undergraduate RNBS students in a practice-based learning experience.
