Dartmouth Health Continuing Education for Professionals Home, Nursing Grand Rounds The 2021 ADA Standards of Care: An Overview of Diabetes Classifications and the Use of Technology in Diabetes Management, 11/17/2021 8:00:00 AM - 11/17/2024 9:00:00 AM, This presentation will update nurses on the different classifications of diabetes, how they are diagnosed and managed, and the social determinants of health that impact diabetes care. We will also review the current technology used in diabetes management.

At the conclusion of this learning activity, (at least 75% of) participants will be able to discuss the most recent evidence-based practice guidelines related to care of the patient with diabetes.
