  • Upon completion of this module, the learner will be able to:

    • Identify licensing options available in Microsoft 365
    • Describe the available licensing and management options for Microsoft 365
    • Describe additional capabilities available when a customer purchases Azure Active Directory P1, Azure Active Directory P2, and Azure AD Basic
    • Plan, predict, and compare pricing
    • Describe the Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) pricing model for Windows and Microsoft cloud services
    • Explain available billing and bill management options including billing frequency and methods of payment
    • Optimize costs based on licensing options
  • Module 3: Describe support offerings for Microsoft 365 services
  • Upon completion of this module, the learner will be able to:

    • Describe support offerings for Microsoft 365 services

    • Describe service level agreements (SLAs) concepts, use cases for SLAs, SLA tiers, roles, and responsibilities

  • Module 4: Describe the service life cycle in Microsoft 365
  • Upon completion of this module, the learner will be able to:

    • Describe the service lifecycle in Microsoft 365

    • Describe use cases and capabilities for the Microsoft 365 Roadmap portal
  • Module 5: In this module, you’ll see how the cloud-only and hybrid deployments require different approaches and how an organization approaches migrating systems with older versions of Office, Windows, and Office Server to Microsoft 365.
  • In this module, you will learn:

    • The considerations to keep in mind when selecting a cloud service.
    • Terminology associated with adopting a cloud service.
    • The difference between cloud-only and hybrid migration models and how to choose between them.
    • When an organization might want to move systems with older operating systems and Microsoft Office directly to Microsoft 365 instead of upgrading legacy software.
