Course Description

Overview

  • Module 1: Azure's Computer Vision service uses advanced algorithms to process images and return information based on the visual features you're interested in. This module teaches you how to use the Azure Computer Vision's OCR API and Read API.

    • In this module, you'll learn how to:

    • Read text from images with the OCR API and Read API
    • Use the Computer Vision service with SDKs and the REST API
    • Develop an application that can read printed and handwritten text
  • Module 2: Form Recognizer extracts data at scale to enable the submission of documents in real time, at scale, with accuracy. This module gives users the tools to use the Azure Form Recognizer vision API.

    • In this module, you'll learn how to:

    • Identify how Form Recognizer's layout service, prebuilt models, and custom service can automate processes
    • Use Form Recognizer's Optical Character Recognition (OCR) capabilities with SDKs, REST API, and Form OCR Test Tool (FOTT)
    • Develop and test custom models using supervised and unsupervised training
