Overview
- Module 1: In this module, school leaders and educators learn to envision and create an intentional culture of innovation and learning. This culture has shared goals that engage the community. These goals also motivate leaders, educators, and all stakeholders to plan and lead change through collaboration.
- Develop a school-driven vision that represents the aspirations of learners,educators, and the community
- Create strategic implementation plans identifying strategies and tactics tosupport stakeholder groups through the transition
- Build a positive system culture embracing change through a growth mindset thatincludes building community partners to work together on a common goal
- Module 2: In this module school leaders and educators learn to help students achieve their potential by taking a student-centered approach to explore all aspects of teaching and learning: curriculum, assessment, devices, and spaces with a focus on understanding and meeting the needs of all students.
- Engage student learning without instruction to build workforce-ready skillswith students
- Create proactive intervention systems for students who are falling behind
- Reimagine flexible learning spaces led by the needs of each student, not thespace in a classroom
- Module 3: Develop safe and secure onsite and online environments. Use data analytics to optimize student outcomes and to create efficient, responsive, and sustainable processes and resources allocation.
- Create systems where learners can learn anytime, anywhere—unaffected by timeor place
- Provide learners and educators technology delivered in a safe and secureenvironment
- Make system transformation decisions backed by data-driven insights
- Module 4: School success is anchored in equity and inclusion. Building capacity through professional learning and development for all ensures students develop their social and emotional skills and are successfully prepared for the future.
- Describe how to support educators to proactively learn and grow their capacityto teach the subjects they love
- Identify ways to develop future-ready skills in learners as they grow theirsocial emotional skillset
