Overview

  • Module 1: In this module, you'll learn about Azure Health Bot and its capabilities. You'll then learn how businesses can use the service to build powerful health bots. No prior knowledge is required, so if you're a beginner, this module will get you going. If you know how a health bot works, this module will tie concepts together and fill in the gaps.

    • In this module, you will:

    • Learn the basics of Azure Health Bot.
    • Understand how Health Bot works.
    • Determine the scenarios where Health Bot can be used.
    • Create the first Health Bot instance.
  • Module 2: This module is an introduction to custom scenarios and briefly walks you through the contents of the module.

    • In this module, you will:

    • Understand what custom scenarios are.
    • Build a health bot by using custom scenarios.
    • Learn how to deploy a basic project by using the Azure Health Bot service.
  • Module 3: In this module, we'll discuss a few case studies for the Azure Health Bot service.

    • In this module, you will:

    • Learn about the real-life use of Health Bot through case studies in the United States, the Middle East, and Europe.
    • Understand the service's benefits to customers.
  • Module 4: Language Understanding plays a fundamental role in the working of Azure Health Bot.

    • In this module, you'll:

    • Learn about LUIS and concepts like intents, utterances, and entities in the context of Health Bot.
    • Understand the importance of different language models and how to add them to your Health Bot instance.
    • Learn how to integrate LUIS into your Health Bot instance.
  • Module 5: Identify the different built-in scenarios associated with Azure Health Bot and create a Web Chat channel.

    • Recognize built-in scenario use cases.
    • Build a simple web page that allows users to communicate with your Health Bot instance through a Web Chat control.

  • Module 8: This module explains how to connect an Azure health bot to a database.

    • In this module, you'll:

    • Learn how to connect a health bot to a database.
    • Build a database by using Azure SQL Database. 
    • Integrate the bot with the database by using Azure Logic Apps.
  • Module 9: This module demonstrates how to make a bot available on the Microsoft Teams channel. It also shows how to build a basic app.
