Overview
- Module 1: This module presents the core ideas and definitions needed to understand accessibility concepts. You will learn what accessibility means, how to be respectful and inclusive of people of all abilities, and why it's important for technology and materials to be accessible to everyone.
- Learn what the concepts of accessibility, disability, and inclusion mean.
- Explore appropriate disability language and etiquette when communicating with and about people with disabilities.
- Module 2: This module highlights how to find and use key accessibility features and tools built into Microsoft products such as Windows 10, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Translator.
- Learn how to use accessibility features and tools built into Windows 10 and other Microsoft products.
- Explore Windows 10 features and tools including keyboard shortcuts, Dictation, Ease of Access settings, and Focus assist.
- Explore gaming features and tools including Copilot and the Xbox Adaptive Controller.
- Explore Microsoft 365 features and tools including Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint Designer, and PowerPoint Presenter Coach, plus Microsoft Translator.
- Module 3: This module shows how to create content with Microsoft 365 in a way that enables greater accessibility.
