How can providers learn to effectively influence patients to choose a healthy diet? Nutrition is an integral part of each person's health, but selecting healthful food is not as simple as it appears in a world that offers many fast and inexpensive choices. In the webinar Micronutrients and Diet, learn how the nutrients we eat affect our health, especially when there are deficiencies. Join in to hear how to focus on health with a foundational and personalized diet, and how to build an aspirational diet. Providers can find out how to offer both internal and external motivation for better food choices, such as global sustainability and ethics.
