  • Manage staff work schedules in Microsoft Teams
1. Set Up Roles and Shifts
  • Identify roles for the Shifts tool
  • Access the Shifts tool in Teams on a computer
  • Access the Shifts tool in the mobile app
2. Create and Modify Staffing Schedules (Managers Only)
  • Add staff members to a schedule
  • Organize staff members into groups
  • Build a schedule and set shifts
  • Schedule time off, split shifts, and open shifts
  • Add shifts with the mobile app
3. View a Schedule
  • View your schedule
  • Export a schedule to save or print
